Do you offer shipping, and what are the costs?

We offer shipping across Malta, Gozo, and Europe.

  • Malta & Gozo: Free shipping on orders over €30, or €8 for orders under €30.
  • Europe: Flat rate of €16.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Malta & Gozo: Orders are typically delivered within 1–2 working days.

Europe: Delivery usually takes 5–10 working days.

How do I know my order is confirmed?

Once your order has been successfully placed and payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email sent to your registered email address.

Can I cancel my order after it has been confirmed?

Unfortunately, once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. However, please feel free to contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
