DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
All orders go through two stages before arriving at your doorstep:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to external factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Carrier delays
- Customs processing
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- High-volume periods
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available). You can use this information to monitor the progress of your shipment.
If you do not receive a tracking email within 48 hours of your order confirmation, please contact us at info@chronovault.com.mt.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
For orders shipped outside of Malta, please be aware that your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country.
- ChronoVault is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order once it reaches your country
- These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost
- We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information prior to placing an order
SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. ChronoVault is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you realize you have entered an incorrect address:
- Contact us immediately at info@chronovault.com.mt
- If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update the address
- If your order has already been dispatched, we cannot guarantee address changes and any redirection fees will be your responsibility
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
ChronoVault is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer.
If you believe your package has been lost or stolen:
- Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information
- Reach out to us at info@chronovault.com.mt for assistance
- We will do our best to help resolve the issue, but cannot issue replacements or refunds for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier
DELIVERY ISSUES & DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Please inspect your package upon delivery
- Take photos of any visible damage to the packaging or product
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@chronovault.com.mt with your order number and photos
- We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate
